How to Refer

Specialists are accredited to Figtree Private Hospital as Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and operate their practice in the local or surrounding areas.

Surgical patients are referred to us by completing a pre-admission “booking in” form and then by attending a pre-admission interview. Alternatively, a theatre time is arranged directly with the Bookings Office. Non surgical medical patients are referred by contacting the relevant hospital department to arrange a bed. Maternity patients are required to make an appointment to book in after being given a completed pre-admission form.
