Incoming mail and facsimiles are delivered to patients daily.

Patient Enquiries

Patient enquiries can be made at any time by telephoning (02) 4255 5000.

Most rooms have bedside phones. Reception and ward staff can transfer your call. Please note that due to the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (C’wealth) and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW), only limited information can be given by staff over the phone. Information about surgery can only be given by the surgeon in person. We trust you understand this is a legal requirement.

Mobile telephones

We request that mobile telephones are not used within the hospital as they may interfere with patient monitoring equipment.

Located adjacent to Reception.

Newspapers and magazines

Newspapers and magazines can be purchased from the Coffee Shop.

Email a patient

If you would like to send an e-mail to a patient currently staying at Figtree Private Hospital, please click on the link to the right and fill in the form.

Messages will be received by ward/unit staff, printed and delivered to the patient's room/bed.
